ENGLISH LAW AND LANGUAGE
FernUniversität Hagen Germany 2009
I have published two introductions to the common law system for lawyers and students whose first language is not English. Topics covered include all fundamental areas of the law including: an introduction to the common law; the law of contract; torts; criminal law; and company law. The material is interactive allowing students both to practice their Legal English while learning about the common law system as well.
